Confusion often exists between a Residential Home and a Holiday Static Home. If you have a residential unit we have a twelve month license, and you are able to live in it permanently - it can be your only home. The "static's" on the other hand are for holiday purposes only. You must have a permanent residence as this part of the park only has an eleven month license. All static owners must be off the park from early January to early February.

Clayton Caravan Park usually has a number of new, or previously owned, static caravans for sale and occasionally residential units come up for sale. There is a list of caravans for sale in the office and keys for these caravans are generally available. We also have brochures for new static caravans and are able to supply most types. Our current stock list is also available.

Our 2004 extension down by the River Eden is now well established. The static pitches are selling extremely well. It is a quiet and relaxing area and we are accepting orders for new caravans on a regular basis.

Clayton supplies gas and can carry out small maintenance jobs - if required. We have a restaurant / coffee shop, small shop all situated close to the children's play park. We have a small stretch of the River Eden for fishing and a two acre dog walking area beside the river.

The static pitch fee or rent for season 2010 is £2040 including VAT.
