Residents are covered by the 1983 Mobile Homes Act. Copies available from office.

Touring

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at current rates. The fees shown below also include winter storage if required. There is no discount if you do not wish the winter storage element. Direct Debit method of payment, or monthly arrangement, will incur a small administration charge.

Prices shown below include VAT at 17.% and all Electricity and gas charges. They are weekly charges for up to four or five persons occupying a Willerby Richmond for one week commencing on a Saturday.

Short Break Tariff

Prices shown below include VAT at 17.% and all linen, electricity and  gas charges. The charges are for up to 4 to 6 persons occupying a Willerby Richmond. Valid Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

• 1. Weekend or part - week bookings are sometimes available, but only out of high season. Please telephone for details
• 2. Please note pets are only permitted in two of our Holiday Homes. Please check with the Office for availability. Max size of dog Labrador size. £25.00 per dog per week. Selected caravans only.
• 3. Cars should be parked in Holiday Home car park
• 4. A deposit of £50.00 is payable for every week or part week booked and is not refundable in the event of cancellation
• 5. Duvet, pillows and linen are included. Beds are made up for your arrival
• 6. Please telephone during office hours to check if your week/s is available
• 7. Please arrive no earlier than 3.00 pm and departure time is 10.00 am. Please telephone if arriving after 5 pm
• 8. A deposit of £50.00 is due on booking and the balance 4 weeks before entry. The full amount will be due if booked within 4 weeks

The Clayton hire fleet are all spacious 2005 Willerby Richmond's 35ft x 12ft two bedroom caravans. They also have a double bed, which unfolds in the lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave, colour TV and duvets.

There is a no smoking policy in all our Hire Caravans.
